Welcome Spa & Dinner in Milan

Every love story has a sweet beginning, and so does this Italian journey. After spending quality time exploring Milan on your own, take a moment to unwind and find your zen in one of the most prestigious spas in the downtown area. We will help you select your preferred treatment and send you off right after to an intimate table with remarkable views of the Duomo Cathedral for your Italian gourmet dinner. Your private chauffeur may take you back to the hotel afterward or drop you off at one of the city’s rooftop bars to continue your fabulous evening.

Lake Como with vintage boat ride

Luring everyone from Roman aristocrats to Holywood stars and daytrippers, Como has constantly shined for generations. The lake is a popular spot for Milanese weekenders and the perfect summer residence for big names like George Clooney and Sir Richard Branson. Onboard your private Italian-built boat, we will plow across the sparkling water, passing through picturesque towns, elegant mansions, and beautiful gardens along the shore. We may stop at Villa Balbianello to relive the emotions of blockbuster movies made at this beautiful property, including Star Wars and Casino Royale. Then, walk down the photogenic streets of Bellagio, shop for local mementos or try the homemade pasta in one of the lovely restaurants.

Bologna Tasty Food tour

On your drive from Milan to Florence, make a pit stop at the red-roofed city of Bologna. The charming medieval town has various nicknames, but “la Grassa” (the Fat One) is what we will experience today. Led by an expert guide, we will see and taste various specialties from the Emilia-Romagna region, including cured ham, balsamic vinegar from Modena, and Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese. Of course, we can’t miss the icons of Bologna itself: the Tortellini (pasta dumplings) and Tagliatelle with Ragu sauce. After a hearty meal, you may continue to find out more about the region’s native grapes or enjoy your own time at leisure exploring the city.

Florence

Guided orientation tour of Florence

With plenty of churches, loggias, piazzas, and artworks to discover, exploring Florence is not an easy task, especially when everyone seems to have their own hidden gems. Your private guide will keep the day personal, showing you landmarks that suit your interest. Typically, we will visit the Duomo Cathedral and the Academia Gallery, home to Michelangelo’s “David,” but we can also look into Uffizi if you are interested in painting arts. No matter which way we go, we will end our tour at Piazza Della Signoria and then the Arno River, where our gondola is waiting.

Sunset boat ride with aperitivo

To end the fabulous day in Florence, hop into a florentine gondola for a magical sunset cruise along the Arno River. Slowly glide under the iconic Ponte Vecchio bridge and sit in awe with a glass of chilled wines as you watch the sun sinks into the horizon.

Exclusive Perfume Blending and lunch

Before leaving the city, we will visit an exclusive atelier near the Basilica of Santa Croce to get your bespoke perfume from a fragrance specialist. Inside, journey through 198 olfactory notes, all created and selected by the Master Perfumer, and use them to create a fragrance that suits your scent profile. In the end, take home the perfume with your exclusive formula in a precious 100ml bottle. After the experience, head back to a restaurant nearby for an exquisite lunch by the one and only Massimo Bottura.

Shortly after dawn, set off with a private driver to the launch field for your hot air balloon flight. A private driver will take you back to the hotel afterward

Spend a full day traversing through the UNESCO-protected Val d’Orcia with a private guide. Our first stop, Montepulciano, is a small wine town on a remote hilltop featuring a charming renaissance piazza with a Cathedral dating back to the 1500s. Take a walk around the elegant center before we continue to visit a nearby vineyard where you can taste the local specialties, Vino Nobile, over an al-fresco lunch. Moving on, we will take our afternoon to Pienza, the first example of an ideal Renaissance town commissioned by Pope Pius II that is still very well preserved today. We will end the tour with another round of tasting sessions in a prestigious vineyard that produces the world-famous Brunello of Montalcino.

Day 7 - 10

Rome

Guided tour of Ancient Rome

Let your imagination wander as we peel layers of ancient Roman history in the capital with a private guide. We will start at the grand Roman forum, once a center stage for political debate, public meetings, elections, and criminal trials during the Roman Republic era. Then, along the Via Sacra (Sacred way), we will climb the Palantine Hill for a sweeping view of the Forums and Circus Maximus, an ancient Roman chariot racing stadium. Finally, head inside the magnificent Colosseum and bring back the glorious gladiators’ battles and intense scenes to the arena.

Early Access to Vatican Museums

To truly appreciate Vatican City and its churches, we will sneak you in at the quietest time – one hour before general opening time – and let you peacefully wander through Michelangelo’s masterpieces and other secret treasures without the crowd. The day starts with a refreshing breakfast at Pinecone Courtyard before entering the museum with just a selected few. Notable highlights inside include Sistine Chapel and its ceiling frescoes, the Raphael Room, and many other marvelous sculptures

Rooftop cooking class experience

Enjoy an evening hosted by a duchess from an aristocratic Roman family in her private apartment near Campo de Fiori. Together, we will have a unique cooking class, learn recipes from her rich culinary heritage, and enjoy a nice dinner on her beautiful terrace overlooking the city of Rome.

Sailing around Capri on private boat

Leaving the island behind on a privately chartered boat, we will admire the gorgeous views of Capri from the sea – the ones that got everybody hooked, from Roman Emperors to this century’s jet setters. Amalfi Coast

Full day tour of Amalfi Coast

A full-day journey along the Amalfi Coast will make a perfect grand finale for your honeymoon. With a private guide and vehicle, we will explore the picturesque towns of Positano, Amalfi, and Ravello – all protected by UNESCO for their natural landscape and historical culture. In Ravello, visit the renowned 17th century Villa Rufolo, one of the grandest villas on the Amalfi Coast at the time, which inspires Richard Wagner in the composition of his masterpiece Parsifal. Next, we will head to Positano. Joining us is a professional photographer who will capture your precious moments while exploring this pastel-colored town. Finally, end your day with a stop at a lemon grove near Amalfi to try the region’s most famous limoncello.

Limoncello tasting and Farewell Dinner

You cannot leave Amalfi Coast without trying the region’s most famous Limoncello liquor. Enjoy a hands-on experience from choosing the right lemons to peel, mix, and develop your own unique recipes. We will end our journey on a high note with a memorable dinner at our handpicked restaurant by the Mediterranean Sea.

Guided tour of Pompeii

Make a heartbreaking visit with a private guide to Pompeii, a glorious Roman City that vanished in just a day after the ferocious Vesuvius eruption in 79 A.D. put the entire town and its 10,000 residents under a blanket of ash. Today, it is an open-air museum where you can discover the remains of ancient Roman buildings such as the piazza, the residential houses, restaurants, and even an old brothel.
