Luxury Zimbabwe Holiday

Best Time to Visit

Zimbabwe is a great destination all year round, and the best time to visit depends a lot on the sceneries you would like to see. The dry season, particularly April and September, is the best time for safaris and outdoor activities as the weather is pleasant and animals gather around the waterholes. November to February is perfect to raft down the Zambezi River or catch newborn baby animals, but bear in mind that some lodges might be closed during the rainy season

Family Holiday

Victoria Falls for the Entire Family

Dubbed as Africa’s adventure capital, kids of all ages will love visiting Victoria Falls: getting sprayed by one of the world’s largest waterfalls and taking part in many adrenaline-inducing outdoor activities. Wildlife experiences inside the Zambezi National Park are superb for younger explorers, while teenagers can enjoy a more challenging white water rafting, bungee jumping, and swimming in the Devil’s Pool. When not near the falls, adults can enjoy a relaxing alfresco soak in a private plunge pool while looking out to the river dotted with pods of lolling hippos or glide down the gorgeous Zambezi River at sunset with a glass of bubbly champagne

Wildlife & Safari

Canoe Safari in the Mana Pools

Rugged and beautiful, Mana Pools in northern Zimbabwe is home to an astounding mix of grassy floodplains, woodlands, and riverine forests – a perfect paradise for walking and canoeing game spotting. On the floods, expect to encounter a wonderful array of aquatic birds along with sunbathing hippopotamus and almost-unseen crocodiles. Most predators such as lions, hyenas, cheetah, and leopard are often found in the open woodlands but also in the low scrub area that is best explored on foot and under the guidance of an expert tracker
