We will once again experience Vancouver’s diversity, this time through its foods and gastronomy, and taste everything from authentic Chinese Dim Sum to upscale seafood dishes at Vancouver’s hottest restaurant and award-winning gelato. Your foodie guide will also introduce you to some of the most popular hangout spots in Canada Place Harbor and take you to a local wine shop for world-famous British Columbia wines
From Vancouver’s harbor, a short seaplane ride will whisk you away to the capital of British Columbia. Here, take a sweet-smelling stroll in the gorgeous 55 acres Butchart Gardens with intricately laid out flower pools and let the beautiful floral display give colors to your day. In the afternoon, take a royal carriage ride and traverse across Victoria’s downtown, passing through the rich architecture of the Parliament Buildings and charming James Bay, Victoria’s oldest neighborhood. End your fabulous day with time-honored Victorian-style high-tea that combines old-world English tea with locally produced sweet treats.
Tucked away at the base of behemothic Black Comb Mountain, Whistler is one of the most popular ski destinations in the world. That being said, this pedestrian-only village has seen a tremendous growth in summer travelers that consists of hikers, bikers, adrenaline-seekers, or tourists who simply want to get away from it all. Soar to the mountain summit abroad the record-breaking Peak 2 Peak Gondola and get an incredible birds-eye-view of Whistler Village, mountains slopes, and treetop below. Part of the experience, we will also walk across The Cloudraker Sky Bridge that connects Whistler Peak to the west ridge with impressive alpine views wherever you look
Take a 4 x 4 and venture to a sweet spot where magical alpine sunset can be seen. Celebrate the peaceful dusk with a glass of champagne and watch the play of colors as the sun slips behind the snowy peaks
Explore Vancouver’s Island rugged west coast like a true pioneer. We will board an inflatable zodiac and jet through the pristine water in search of whales, sea lions, and many other unique marine life. Black bears can often be seen flipping rocks along remote foreshore, looking for tasty crabs and other crustaceans. Then, walk through the Wild Side Interpretive Trail that combines wonderful beaches with rugged coasts and amazing rainforest. Be alert at all times as we sometimes cross tracks with wolves, cougars, and if you are lucky enough, the black bears.
